Welcome to CuddleGen by jidetheblogger (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the CuddleGen mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

CuddleGen is an AI-powered entertainment application that allows users to upload photographs to generate stylized, romantic imagery (“Generative Content”) depicting the subjects in a cuddling pose (“Romantic Memories”).

2. User Representations & Warranties

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You own the intellectual property rights to the photos you upload, or you have obtained explicit permission from the copyright owner.
  • Consent Requirement: If you upload a photo of a third party (e.g., your partner or lover), you represent that you have obtained that person’s express consent to use their likeness for this specific purpose.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use CuddleGen to:

  • Upload images of minors (individuals under the age of 18).
  • Upload nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal acts.
  • Create “deepfakes” intended to defame, harass, blackmail, or mislead others.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user found violating these policies without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Uploads: You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to the App.
  • Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share and display the images generated by CuddleGen for personal, non-commercial use.
  • App Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including source code, “Jidetheblogger” branding, and algorithms) are and will remain the exclusive property of Jidetheblogger.

5. AI Disclaimer

The images produced by CuddleGen are generated by Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that:

  • The AI may produce artifacts, distortions or unexpected results.
  • The generated images are fictional artistic renditions and may not perfectly resemble the subjects uploaded.
  • We are not liable for any generated content that you deem unsatisfactory, inaccurate, or offensive.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CuddleGen and Jidetheblogger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
